A Night Cap...Always!

The classic way to end an evening. This aperitif has often been overlooked  or misunderstood. Hailing from Portugal's Douro Valley, port is one of the great wines that hasn't changed in more than 100 years. In spite of it, or because of it, vintage port is one of the world's greatest wines and the sublime way to end the night.    Some verbal technicalities:
